Excellent businesses should not be invisible.
That belief is where CO1 starts — before any methodology, program or founder story.
Capability was never the problem
CO1 exists because too many good businesses lose to worse ones — not on quality, but on clarity. The market rewards what it can remember, describe and refer, and punishes everything it can’t, regardless of how good it actually is. CO1 was built to close that gap.
Built from the same pattern, seen repeatedly
The CO1 vocabulary — the Sea of Sameness, the Invisible Bill, the Front Door, the CO1 River, the Economics of Being Known — developed from watching the same pattern play out across very different businesses: real capability, blurred by an inability to say clearly what made them worth choosing.
Each idea in the CO1 River was named because it kept recurring: businesses drift before they choose, positioning is a door rather than a wall, and clarity has to be built deliberately or it doesn’t happen at all.
Built on relevant experience, not one personality
This is where CO1 introduces the people behind the methodology — their background and why it led here — without making the brand dependent on any single individual. [Founder bio and credentials to be added.]
Standing on real ground
CO1 draws on a long tradition of thinking about positioning, differentiation and category design. Where CO1 develops or adapts ideas that originate elsewhere, that lineage is acknowledged rather than obscured — CO1’s contribution is the specific, applied methodology, not a claim to have invented the underlying insight from nothing.
Help capable businesses become easier to understand, remember, refer and choose.
Put the mission to work
